01  How long in advance should we book?

We require at least 45 days in advance but  recommend 4-6 months in advance. Set Ups are in high demand on Thursday and Fridays so we recommend booking our services as soon as your accommodations are booked.

04  when is payment due?

We require a deposit of  50%   at the time of booking and the remaining  50% two weeks before your trip.

02  How long does setup normally take?

We want everything to be perfect  so we will need 1-3 hours to setup!  Our team will arrive at the earliest check-in time for your accommodations.  When your party arrives  you're more than welcome to come in and drop off your bags while we work!

If you'd like us to text you when we're finished, we can! Just let us know.

05  what is your cancelation policy?

We understand things don't always go as planned. If you need to move your services to a new date, you may do so with no fee, subject to availability. In the event of a cancelation we will refund your deposit if canceled at least 60 days before your event date. Cancelations 59 days in advance will not have their deposit refunded.

03  HOw should we handle check-in at our airbnb?

When you get the code from your host, please send it over to us. We'll let ourselves in with the code and lock up when we're done. If you are arriving early in the morning, you may want to inquire about booking the Airbnb for the night before your arrival!

06  How does breakdown work?

At the end of your weekend our team will come and collect all rentals and balloons prior to your checkout time.
